一般处理方法及步骤

1.确保GPNP主机上的所有二进制文件都安装完成并正确配置。

2.检查GPNP数据库是否安装，至少拥有一个GPNP用户，且所有sql文件均已执行。

3.验证全球唯一的网络服务属性（Naming Method和Naming Context）是否已在utlnet_ini文件中正确配置。

4.运行gpnp_init函数以重新初始化GPNP数据库。

5.运行gpnp_reconfig，以根据实际环境重新创建默认配置。
