Cause: An attempt was made to access a partitioned table in a partially dropped state.

Action: Submit DROP TABLE

PURGE to drop the table.

1.用户尝试在表segments和constraints中使用DROP TABLE时，尚未删除表命中。

2.用户尝试丢弃列（而不是整个表）时，尚未释放表命中。

正常处理方法及步骤

1.要完全删除表，请先查找表的当前状态，然后用“DROP TABLE”按照现存的资源进行删除，然后可以用“DROP TABLE PURGE”语句完全删除表。

2.如果表仍然处于“正在删除中”状态，则应使用数据库管理器的高级功能（如对象管理器）删除表的任何资源或对象。

3.最后，可以使用“DROP TABLE PURGE”语句完全删除表。
