ORA-38779: cannot create restore point – too many restore points.

Cause: The maximum number of restore points already have been created.

Action: Delete some existing restore point and retry the operation.

ORA-38779：无法创建还原点 – 还原点太多。

3. 用DROP RESTORE POINT语句，删除所有没有被更新或代替的还原点;

4.再次尝试创建还原点，查看能否解决问题。
